FAQ – Shipping USA
1. What is your shipping method?
Baterbys uses USPS, Fedex or UPS for all our shipping needs. Items are usually picked up at our location by these carriers at the next business day once shipping information has been sent electronically.*
2. Can I use another shipping Method/Company?
The purchaser can use another method of shipping or an outside company can be used, but only if they provide Baterbys with their own shipping information and/or pay the additional charges.
3. How do you charge for shipping?
Baterbys uses USPS, FEDEX and UPS for all our shipping needs. The price for shipping is based on “dimensional weight” not actual weight and is the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Do you offer faster shipping rates?
If preferred by the purchaser, you may choose another method of shipping if it is available. Additional charges will be applied to the purchaser.
5. How are framed/unframed items shipped?
Framed and unframed items are carefully packed according to general common carrier requirements.
6. Can you ship to an APO or P.O. Box?
We DO NOT ship to a P.O. Box or APO addresses.
7. Do I have to ship to my billing address?
A separate shipping address can be added in lieu of your billing address, but only to a standard US postal address (NO P.O. Box or APO addresses)
8. How will I know when my item has been shipped?
With your email address, we will send you your shipping confirmation #. (only upon request)
9. Is my Artwork insured?
The customer has the option to insure their artwork(s)
10. What if my Artwork is damaged on arrival?
If the artwork is damaged, contact Baterbys immediately. Take pictures of the original packing and damaged portions of the artwork and send them to shipping@baterbys.com . Original packing materials must be kept and sent back to our address. Failure to comply with the above guidelines will void the return or exchange policy. Baterbys will make the necessary arrangements with the appropriate common carrier for the return of the item/s to our address.
* Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday –Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
